2. What We Do

GSS Tennis records and analyzes tennis match statistics during tournaments, training camps, and other tennis events.

Our Platform provides players with detailed statistical analysis, performance comparisons, match insights, and performance ratings, including the Personal Performance Number (PPN).

Before each match or event, players are informed that match statistics are recorded and that they may create their own personal profile in order to access and unlock their data.

3. Information We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we may collect different types of information from users when they interact with the platform. This information is collected in a secure and transparent manner and is used only for purposes related to account management, performance analysis, service functionality, and user experience enhancement.

When a user creates an account on the platform, we may collect personal account information such as the user’s full name, email address, username, password credentials, age category, gender, and country or region of residence. This information allows us to create and manage user profiles, provide access to platform features, personalize the user experience, and maintain account security.

In addition to account details, we collect tennis-related match and performance data generated during training sessions and competitive matches. This may include serve statistics, return statistics, groundstroke performance, winners and unforced errors, match scores, speed and accuracy measurements, performance averages, as well as PPN ratings and progress tracking information.

4. How Player Data Works

Players may unlock access to their personal match statistics by purchasing access electronically through their personal account on the platform. All statistical information associated with a player is considered personal and private and is treated with strict confidentiality.

Personal data, including player names, performance statistics, and match information, is displayed strictly within the secure environment of the Platform.

Such information is not publicly accessible and is only visible to authenticated users in the context of participation in matches, tournaments, or authorized features of the Platform.

The Company ensures that personal data is not indexed by search engines, not made publicly available, and not accessible outside the Platform environment without authorization or consent. Users acknowledge that participation in matches necessarily involves the limited processing and display of personal data within the Platform environment. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized external use, distribution, or processing of such data by users or third parties after lawful access within the Platform, provided that such data has not been publicly disclosed by the Company.

5. Head-to-Head Match Statistics

The Platform provides a head-to-head (H2H) comparison feature between two players strictly for the purposes of match participation, scoring validation, ranking calculation, and performance analysis. This display is strictly limited to authenticated users within the Platform and is necessary for the operation of competitive and statistical features.

In the context of H2H matches, the Platform may display limited personal identifiers such as player names and/or surnames solely for the purpose of identifying participants within that specific match environment.

Such display is limited, contextual, and necessary for the functioning of the Platform and does not constitute unrestricted publication or public profiling of users. Users acknowledge and accept the use of automated processing for performance evaluation purposes as part of the Platform functionality.

By participating in matches and using the Platform, users explicitly acknowledge and consent that their full name and/or surname may be displayed within the Platform in the context of head-to-head matches, fixtures, scoreboards, and related competitive features.

The Platform does NOT provide access to full historical performance datasets of other users

• aggregated or long-term performance analytics of other users beyond the specific match context;

• private or sensitive performance indicators;

• contact information or any unrelated personal data.

All comparative statistics are displayed in a restricted environment and are not intended for public indexing, scraping, profiling, or commercial reuse by third parties.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• scraping, extracting, or systematically collecting H2H data;

• attempting to re-identify users outside the Platform context;

• using displayed data for commercial scouting, betting, or external analytics without explicit written consent.

6. Minor Users and Privacy Protection

The Platform recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of users under the age of majority and applies additional safeguards when minors participate in gameplay or head-to-head matches.

Where head-to-head matches involve minor users, only information strictly necessary for the operation of the match feature is displayed and visibility is restricted exclusively to the participating opponents. The Platform does not publicly disclose sensitive personal data relating to minors and does not provide access to a minor user’s complete statistical history, private analytics, contact details, or unrelated personal information.

7. Data Sharing

Users acknowledge that participation in matches implies the processing and limited sharing of personal data strictly within the scope of that match, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Such processing constitutes profiling for the purpose of improving player performance insights, rankings, and match analysis.

The Company does not publish, sell, or make publicly available any personal data, including player names and performance statistics, outside the secure environment of the Platform. All data is accessible only to registered and authenticated users within the Platform and is not intended for public indexing or external distribution. We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute users’ personal data to third parties. Any information collected through the platform is used solely for purposes related to providing, maintaining, improving, and securing our services.

In certain cases, we may share limited information with carefully selected third-party service providers that assist us in operating the platform and delivering our services effectively. Such third parties may include secure payment processors responsible for handling electronic transactions, hosting and cloud infrastructure providers that support data storage and platform functionality, and analytics providers that help us better understand platform usage, performance, and user experience.
